Healthy Lifestyle..Wait What?

Hey guys!! Okay so I have been so lazy and haven’t blogged for like a week haha. I’m so sorry! Life has been crazy since getting back from vacation and I’ve been taking a lot of me time and been doing a lot of thinking. But I’m back, I promise. So I’ve been thinking a lot lately about having a healthy lifestyle. I know it’s so basic and most peoples New Years resolutions goal is to lose weight but it wasn’t mine this year. I was thinking “yeah okay I’m fine it’s whatever” but more recently I’m like okay wait..I eat horrible, I’ve gained a lot of weight, and I’m not happy with who I am. So it’s time for change!

What advice do you guys have for me? Exercises you do, foods you eat, whatever you have. Comment down below please! I would love to hear what you guys have to say.

I’ve also been thinking about relationships and friendships. I’ve had a lot of friends leave recently serving LDS missions and they just leave for 2 years. It’s made me realize a lot how much I value and cherish friendships. So guys, please be kind and love your friends and value those friendships because you will blink and they will be gone.

Now, I know it’s been a miscellaneous blog and I have been talking about random things but I want you guys to know what I’ve been up to and what I’ve been thinking about. Thanks for reading and I promise I will be better at blogging from now on. Thanks again for reading! Love you guys
